Add to any visitFor residents of the buildings around The Grove, Beverly Grove, Miracle Mile and Park La Brea. Almost every cleaning company in Los Angeles makes you request a quote before they will tell you a number. Here are ours.
| Price per visit | Monthly | Every 2 weeks | Weekly | 2× a week | 3× a week |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Studio / 1 bedroom | $205 | $180 | $155 | $135 | $95 |

| 3 bedroom | $345 | $295 | $250 | $220 | $150 |
Swipe the table sideways to see every frequency.
The more often we come, the less each visit costs — a home we see weekly never gets dirty enough to need a reset. Your first visit is a deep clean at $295, $385 or $495 by size, and it is the only one-time charge. No contract and no cancellation fee: skip or cancel any visit with 24 hours’ notice.
A private housekeeper in Los Angeles runs about $3,500 to $6,500 a month through an agency, before payroll tax, workers’ comp and a placement fee of 20–25% of the first year. We come three days a week from $1,235 a month. No payroll, no taxes, no HR, no scheduling, and the same two people every visit.

The full range of work we take on — commercial janitorial, unit turnovers, housekeeping and maintenance.

When you call, you reach Ana — the same person who quoted your job, scheduled your crew and will send you the photos when it is done. No dispatcher, no ticket number, no being handed around.
A Los Angeles company serving Los Angeles property owners. We are not a franchise and not a national call center.
Every crew that touches your property is screened, trained to our written scope, and supervised on the job.
A written scope and a flat number, in your hands, before anyone shows up. No surprises on the invoice.
Every quote, schedule, walkthrough and invoice in whichever language you prefer, start to finish.
Cleaners don't fix things. Handymen don't clean. We do both — so a turnover is one call, not three.
No rotating crews. You'll know who's coming, and they'll know your property.
Every quote, schedule and walkthrough in English or Spanish — whichever you prefer.
Out-of-area owner? You'll see the finished unit before you're asked to pay for it.
Every client gets the same commitments, whether it is a single unit or a building on a weekly schedule.
Every job is photographed when we finish and sent to you the same day — especially useful if you are not local.
Standard units are rent-ready in two days. If yours needs longer, we tell you before we start — not after.
No rotating subcontractors and no strangers on your property. You will know who is coming.
You approve exactly what is included — room by room, task by task — so nothing is assumed on either side.
Turnovers and cleans are quoted flat. If we find something unexpected, we call you before we touch it.
Every quote, schedule, walkthrough and invoice in English or Spanish — whichever you prefer.
We walk the property, put a real number on paper, and leave. No cost and no pressure to book.
Anything over $1,000 or needing a permit goes to a licensed contractor. We would rather refer you than overreach.
All of Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley — including Covina, West Covina, El Monte, Pasadena, Downey, Whittier and the greater LA basin.
Most standard units are photo-ready in 48 hours once we have access. Heavier turnovers with significant repairs may take three to five days — we'll tell you which one you have before we start.
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance naming you or your management company as additional insured — usually the same day you ask.
We handle maintenance and punch-list work. Any job over $1,000 or requiring a building permit is referred to a licensed contractor — we'd rather hand you the right person than take work outside our lane.
Yes — vacuums, machines, tools and supplies all come with us. For recurring commercial contracts we can also work from your on-site consumables if you prefer; we'll spell it out in the scope either way.
Recurring cleaning and janitorial are monthly contracts based on square footage and frequency. Turnovers are flat-rate by unit size and condition. Maintenance is quoted per job. Estimates are always free.
Send a few details and we'll come out, walk the property and give you a written number. No cost, no pressure.
